Advantis is a recruitment agency based in Dubai, specializing in providing tailored staffing solutions for companies across diverse industries. Committed to transparency, determination, and a responsible approach to recruitment, Advantis aims to strengthen its presence on the international market.
The company approached us with a request to design a corporate website that would serve as their online business card. The primary objective was to create a multi-page website that not only showcased the agency’s services but also established a strong and trustworthy brand image, emphasizing professionalism and a commitment to long-term partnerships.

From this analysis, we determined that the website should include sections that emphasize the company's expertise, showcase successful cases, and ensure ease of use for all users.

Based on the research and analysis, I developed the structure of the website and each individual page, ensuring alignment with the project goals and audience expectations.
Structuring the website
The primary goals of the structure included:

Designing intuitive navigation to help users quickly find the sections they need.

Prototyping
The process began with hand-drawn sketches to visualize the basic structure and key interface elements of the site.
These sketches were then transformed into low-fidelity prototypes in Figma. This stage allowed us to validate user flows and confirm that the navigation was user-friendly and the site structure was logical.
After receiving client approval, I moved on to creating a high-fidelity prototype. This version included:

In the design phase, I focused on reflecting Advantis’s professionalism, seriousness, and reliability through carefully crafted visual elements.
The primary colors for the website were black, gray, and white:

The visual focus was on high-quality images showcasing modern offices and a corporate atmosphere. This highlighted the company’s scale and serious approach, instilling trust in potential clients and partners.
Typography. I selected bold sans-serif fonts that aligned perfectly with the minimalist style of the website. This choice ensured ease of reading while maintaining an aesthetic and contemporary look.

Services Pages: Each service is presented concisely with detailed information and highlighted client benefits.
Blog: Content is organized for easy navigation, enabling users to find articles and resources seamlessly while maintaining the site’s cohesive style.
During the design process, I ensured the layout was fully responsive across devices:
